Description
A Homage to the First Pilgrim Guide.
The design is a respectful homage to the 12th-century Codex Calixtinus, the primary source of historical information for the Camino and the very first guidebook ever written for the pilgrimage. The central graphic is a highly detailed, engraved depiction of the iconic Scallop Shell (the concha), surrounded by intricate, decorative scrollwork reminiscent of an illuminated manuscript. Below the shell, the classical text “ITER SANCTI IACOBI” reads, meaning “The Way of Saint James.” Placed on this premium staple tee, it’s a sophisticated, wearable artifact that honors the deep historical and medieval roots of the path that millions have traveled.
The Daily Pilgrim Uniform.
This is our highest-quality staple tee, selected specifically for the demands of the journey. We use 100% combed and ring-spun cotton (with a touch of polyester in heathered colors for that perfect vintage feel) because it’s exceptionally soft against the skin—essential for long days spent under the friction of backpack straps. It features side-seam construction to maintain its tailored, flattering fit through countless washes and miles.
