Returns and Refunds Policy
Each item is made to order, which helps reduce waste. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for size exchanges or change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or printed incorrectly, we will replace it free of charge.
Eligibility for Replacements or Refunds
If your item is damaged, misprinted, or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
We will replace the item or issue a refund once the issue is confirmed. You will not be required to return the item in most cases.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds or Replacements
- Size or colour preference changes
- Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Shipping Issues
If your order is lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost. If a tracking number shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local postal provider for delivery confirmation.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
