1) What is the average shipping time?
Most orders are produced in 2–5 business days. Following production, typical delivery times are:
EU: 3–7 business days
UK: 3–8 business days
USA & Canada: 5–7 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Additionally you will receive a tracking link once your order ships.
2) Where are your products made?
All items are printed on demand by Printful, our production and fulfillment partner. So, orders are routed to production facilities worldwide. Whenever possible, your order is produced closer to your delivery address therefore reducing shipping distance.
3) Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every Buen Camino Store item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour, or size. Please check our size guides carefully before placing your order. However, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Since all our products are printed and finished individually to order, we follow EU consumer guidelines for custom goods. The 14-day window ensures we can verify and replace any production-related issues promptly.
7) Do you offer size exchanges?
No, because each product is made just for you. However, our sizing charts are accurate and easy to follow — if you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order and we’ll help you choose the right fit.
8) How do I choose the right size?
Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
If you’re between sizes or prefer a looser fit, then consider sizing up.
